I have a Black & Decker GH1000 string trimmer, can I use any.065 string with this trimmer?

I can purchase .065 line without the spool for my trimmer. Should I buy this line and, if so, is it fairly easy to rewind it back on a used spool?
it currently uses .080 line.

would I have to buy a .080 line so the AFS dual feed spool advances line automatically as it does now?
